I'm Sorry

9/23

I've done an unforgivable thing. I broke my parents hearts.

When I knew the truth tonight, I just wanna cry out loud, but I stopped them before they could hit my cheeks. The cuts on my wrist could not be compared to the wound in your hearts, the blood I shed is nothing when compared to the pain you felt.

Mom dad, I promise, you will be on the top of my priority now. I'll think before I do something. You both are my gems, and I'll love no one else more than you both, because I know you both love me unconditionally.

I'm deeply sorry T.T

Firefly

9/22

A flick on the pink firefly,
A sip from the feathery match,
A puff of silvery white,

They say it will ease the pain,
Especially when it rains,
I think this is insane,

Still I took a forbidden bite,
The euphoria of frosted mind,
Sinful, yet I wanna give it another try.

1st Hearing...

9/18

A part of me dreaded to attend the "court", a part of me desperately wanting to solve it once and for all! ... ...

At last my boss, the "judge", summoned me for the 1st "hearing" this evening. *after approaching him to talk for twice*

And... I'm sentenced to pay back for the laptop! O.M.Gosh! Gone la all my blood & sweat! *sob sob* The "jury" decided that because the laptop was new, it's fair for me to replace it. But, I have my own idea of fairness as well, thus I pleaded. I thought instead of paying back the full amount for the laptop, I should only pay back the amount after depreciation. *At least I hope I can save myself a few hundred bucks*

What made me to think that way is because of the reasons the "judge" gave me in coming to a conclusion that it's FAIR for me to pay back... :

1) He said maybe it's because I recently knew I am 1 of the best student of UTAR, I became too confidence. And that overconfidence caused me to lost the laptop. Because according to him, I was not like that when I'm working on DiGi project.
*=.=" How overconfidence can cause a person to lost her laptop? I mean, to me it's as simple as I'm careless. And people who really know me knew that I'm lacking of self-confidence. And it's not only recently I knew I'm 1 of the best student larh, I knew it all the while, and "SO WHAT?"*

2) He said when I worked for DiGi project I asked for a raise in fuel allowance, he approved right away. And when I asked for my salary he also approved right away although he's not sure how it's calculated. He had been fair to me, and thus it's fair for me to pay back.
*Hello, you are the one who fixed the stupid rule that if roadshow ended after 9pm, we as team leaders hafta sent each & every ambassadors back home because of safety. We followed the rule, and sending one by one back is not cheap ok? Izzit not right to ask for a raise in fuel? If you are not willing to approve in the first place, don't approve la... don't bring it out at times liddis! And you promised us RM 2000 per month, we worked for 2 months, so? It's simple calculation la. And I'm not going to accept the accountant way of calculating our salary, which will cause us to lose RM 600, nobody will be so stupid to accept that lo. We did our job well, and thus we deserve to be paid as promised. And you still owe us fuel & toll, etc allowance... Haiz, who's going to work for you next time if you don't pay us as promised?*

What I'm trying to say here is that, I know I'm at fault and thus I'm willing to pay the price. Don't gimme bullshit, don't gimme lame excuses/ reasons to justify "fairness" for me to pay back please. Frankly, you don't really treat us as fair as you claimed you have. I respect you before, but after hearing what you said, I'm abit let down.

Waiting for the 2nd "hearing"... And who knows when?

P/S: Today's my sis birthday~! Happy 2oth ya! Muacks~!

Sera's in Deep Shyt T.T

9/15

As title. I'm in deep shyt this time. Sigh.

First, it was my eye. Right eye. Had this eye infection on the eyelid. Went to the doctor to let him took care of it. Now my right eye can barely open because it's swollen. The process of getting rid of the infection on my right eyelid was... phew... hurtful... euphoria... the feeling is beyond words.

This, is only a small matter. Hopefully with more resting it will heal soon. And it won't come back again. *Praying*

The VERY serious matter was that - I lost my company's laptop!!! !!! *screaming inside my small small heart T.T*

I admit it was partly my own mistake, my stupid carelessness. And it got stolen from my very own house. Now I hafta bare the price. I definitely learned a lesson, a way too expensive lesson. Sigh.

Initially I wanna just fork out my own money and buy a laptop to replace it, and kept quiet about it. But later on, Kelvin advised me not to do so as there may be some important information regarding the company, and it's better to let boss know. And so, I called boss. I hafta admit he was quite a nice guy. Initially he was wookay, but when he knows the laptop assigned to me was a brand new HP Probook which age only 2-3 months old, not the old Dell laptop that was gonna GG soon, he got abit pissed off. I can hear it in his voice. *Scream again in my small small heart T.T* He wants to talk to me in person.

I know I caused this, and I really wouldn't mind paying back for the laptop. I just don't wanna face all the music. *sob sob*

I'm dreading the judgement day... *Sigh*

In Response to Mist's Latest Post~!

8/26

I'm writing this post response to Mist's latest blog post dated 27/7/2009

After reading her blog I can't stop but agree in fierce nods as I reflect her situations on myself!!! LOL. I'm not... but err... I hafta admit too that... "我是一个被男人宠坏的女朋友"~! *Translation: I'm a girl spoiled by her boyfriend*

Mist said: If you have a girlfriend, don't always be the first one who make up after a break up/ fight. Don't over-pamper her. Else she will pick a fight whenever possible.

Err... true true. When Baby & I get into a fight, I wouldn't be able to calm down until... until Baby did a magic thing or say a magic word (which is getting tougher & tougher with each fight)! Worst case scenario is when we did it thru sms/ phone, I won't listen to a word he says unless he is NOW in front of me! Which means he has to rush from his house to mine, which takes 20-30 mins away!!! Gee.

Mist said: If you have a girlfriend, don't present her with expensive gifts. You will have to replace her an exact one if she lost it! And it's very expensive leh...~!

In my case, I don't lost it. When I argued with my Baby, I simply destroy the things he gave me. I threw away the first necklace he presented me, smashed the glass bottle... etc, you name it. I even destroyed a brand new speaker set. =.=" He don't replace the exact stuff to me, he will give me another presents, or in the speaker case, I bought it myself later. LOL~! Holy cow~! How chaotic~!

Mist said: If you have a girlfriend, don't always bring her for good food. As when she grows fat, you hafta be responsible!

100% agree!!! O.M.Gosh~! Baby always feed me... And I'll grow fat, complaint to him, then control my diet to slim down. Another good dinner, and I'll repeat the process again. And Baby loves McD and thus most of our lunch/ dinner will be McD... T.T

After deep thinking, I concluded that I'm not only a girl spoiled by her boyfriend. I'm too a "野蛮公主" - Sassy Princess~! Kekeke *Paiseh* Because I'm spoiled then I'm sassy. It's your fault Baby so you hafta be responsible! *Hmph~!*

*Now I'm not only my mom's Candle Princess, but I'm my Baby's Sassy Princess! Phew~!*

Gotcha Calls

8/25

Gotcha calls,
gotta get-get...
Gotcha calls,
gotta get-get...

... This jingle sounds familiar? I'm sure some who are "fortunate" enough to get stuck in massive jam anywhere in Malaysia every morning, will somehow turn on their radio to listen to 1 of Malaysian's favorite radio station - Hitz.fm - during these agonizing hours. The morning crew and their programs, I'm sure everyone would agree in fierce nods, are so hilarious & cheeky, that they could relief your mind for a while. Especially the "Gotcha Calls".

Just by thinking of it now brings giggles to my good self.

And I'm itched to introduce to you our in-house DJ - Mr. Kelvin Tee, hosting his very own home-made "Gotcha Calls"...
"Radio-Station" Venue: Grand Kampar Hotel, Room 323
Date: 11th August 2009
Time: 10:00 - 10:30p.m.

Gotcha #1: Room 316 - The Accident

Naveen in his room thinking of wanting to go out for a chill, and thus ring up 8323.

Naveen: Hello bro.
Kelvin: Hello good evening, Grand Kampar Hotel receptionist. *in a very masculine voice*
Naveen: Err... *pause* Can I talk to someone in Room 323?
Kelvin: Yes, you are speaking to Room 323 *still in a very masculine voice*
Naveen: Err... no... I want to speak to Mr. Kelvin in Room 323. *apparently poor Naveen still can't notice that he's being conned*
Kelvin: Hold on a moment please.

Kelvin shouts my name in whisper, keep pointing the phone clutched in his hand and mouthed "Naveen! Naveen! Hahahahahaha...". Apparently he was too into his acting that he didn't realize that I was watching him all the while. I giggled and was thinking "what the hell" all this while.

After regaining his breath, the drama continued...

Kelvin: Hey bro!! You looking for me ar?
Naveen: Hey bro, when are we going out for some beer?
Kelvin: In half an hour time la... ok ar?
Naveen: Okok. No problem bro.
Kelvin: Eii so bro, see you later @ 10:30pm @ the lobby la.
Naveen: Okok, see you later bro.

LOL!!! The whole room was filled with nuts laughter. For those who is confused of what's so hilarious about this, and why I named this incident as "The Accident", I'm here to explain...

In GKH, if you wanna talk to anyone in another room, you just hafta press "8" followed by the room number, and you will be connected straight away to that person. I believe it works almost the same with other hotels as well. Perhaps because GKH is located in such isolated town, Naveen would thought the system is abit outdated. LOL. And, initially Kelvin thought it was KC (a long time buddy) calling him and thus wanna prank him. Turn out it was Naveen! He has got no choice but to continue with the drama. OMG.

Somehow, he got excited and so, here come the rest of the story...

Gotcha #2: Room 328 - Oops! He Did It Again!

*Ring ring* Mindy, who was still enjoying her hot shower in the bathroom, happened to pick up the phone.

Kelvin: Hello, this is Grand Kampar Hotel's management. Is this Mr. Kelvin Tee?
Mindy: Err... no no...
Kelvin: Can I speak to Mr. Kelvin Tee?

Scene in Room 328
Mindy, who was still in blurry mode, called out for her roommate - Hazel - to take over the phone.

Kelvin: Hello, Can I speak to Mr. Kelvin?
Hazel: Err...
Kelvin: Is Mr. Kelvin staying in this room?
Hazel: Err... no...
Kelvin: Okay, I need you to vacant the room because according to our record, Mr. Kelvin Tee haven't pay the room fees. Thus we have no choice, and need you to vacant the room now.
Hazel: So you need us to vacant the room? Now?
Kelvin: Yes now. We will be sending someone to inspect the room now, so I need you to vacant your room as soon as possible.
Hazel: Okok...

Scene in Room 328
Hazel called out to Mindy to stop bathing already, as they need to vacant the room immediately. Oh no no no... =.=" (of course, it's from the feedback on the next day)

Scene in Room 323
LOL-ing. Kelvin LOL-ed non-stop that he had to roll on the bed. I rolled my eyes.

His excitement didn't just stop here...

Gotcha #3: Room 325 - Wa Chin Chia Beh-Tahan Arrrrr...

The below conversation is done in Mandarin to make it sounds more realistic. And Kelvin hafta use those high-pitched tone Chinese DJ usually have to speak as well. Just listening to the way he spoke give me goose bumps! For this entry purpose, the conversation is translated into English.

Kelvin: Is this Tea Chew Boon? Can I speak to Tea Chew Boon?
Stephy: Oh... Chew Boon ar... Wait for a moment please.
C.Boon: Yes?
Kelvin: Are you Tea Chew Boon?
C.Boon: Uh-huh...
Kelvin: Hi Chew Boon, I'm DJ from 1.fm... did you ever heard of the program "Wa Chin Chia Beh-Tahan Arrrrr..." ?
C.Boon: Err... nope...
Kelvin: Neh... I'm the DJ hosting that "Wa Chin Chia Beh-Tahan Arrrrr..." lor... Your supervisor called me up just now saying that you Beh-Tahan your job already right? You have a tummy of fire and it needs to be released. This program provide you with a platform to release your grunts and complaints, and shouts out loud "Wa Chin Chia Beh-Tahan Arrrrr..." in the end. So remember to call tomorrow morning at 8a.m ya! I repeat, 8a.m. ya!!
C.Boon: Err...
Kelvin: You just need to press 8 followed by 323.
C.Boon: Err... okok.

Apparently Chew Boon did not get the joke, and Kelvin did not get the chance to say "Gotcha~!". That poor girl she musta be too stunned.

You can imagine yourself how crazy was this! How crazy was Kelvin! He laughed till his eyes filled with tears & can't stand up! OMG!! I'm outta words by the time he was done laughing... Or so I thought he was...

He continued with calling every & each of them to explain and "Gotcha~!" them. =.="

I wonder will everyone kill him the first thing they see him later?

Kelvin's Convo Celebration

8/7

Kelvin's finally graduated from UTAR~!! Hee ^.^ So proud of my baby darling!

But but but... I was late that day. A crew estimated that the ceromony will end by 11:30am, and thus I had planned to start heading to Wisma MCA by 10:30am. Just when I was about to start my car Kelvin's message came indicating that he was out of the hall & busy-buzzily taking photos already! T.T... Rushed all the way to Wisma MCA... luckily there was not much jam as I was smart enough to take the SMART tunnel... Muahahaha. *Paiseh*

Baby's happie!
Nevertheless I was late. Missed the opportunities to snap more photos with Kelvin & other friends that graduated on that same day as they "chiaozz" earlier... T.T Manage to take some photos with a few though. Congrats anyways~! =)

Glad that I'm able to take a pic with both of Kelvin's best friends~! =)
Here come pretty Mist~!
As we were leaving Wisma MCA, we bumped into Chris & leng lui Diane!
Haha... was surprised that Chris graduated on the same day as Kelvin,
& Diane will be having her convo on the same date (Sunday) with me!

So coincidence met Dean pula~!
Later after Kelvin was fresh & clean, we headed to Popeyes @ Sunway Pyramid for our "lunner" (lunch+dinner). Kelvin has been wanting to taste Popeyes for a long long time, and since this was his special day we FINALLY went there. (I'm struggling with the reluctance in me actually... err... jk jk XD)

Kelvin bouquets of roses~! So many admirer huh? Haha.
Special made roses to Kelvin. My first time giving a guy roses. XP
Finally I was succesfully persuaded to dine in Popeyes! Gee.
I ordered a Cajun-style chicken rice bowl... which don't have chicken in it~!!
OMG... really for illustration purpose only!!!

And so... I stold some fried chicken from Kelvin's set...
Hehe. Look more like it now~! Hahaha.

The bun smells better than KFC's, and sweeter as well.
Gotcha~!! Caught Kelvin curi-curi makan~!

The smashed potato taste nicer than KFC's too, in our opinion at least~!
It's nicer because it's filled with spices... Yum yum!

At 8pm sharp, we went to A Homegrown Tribute Concert to Michael Jackson @ Wisma Bentley Music Hall~!!! Woohoo!!! Had been longing for this concert! Kelvin never been early to anywhere but he was half an hour early to queue up for this concert! Hie hie hie...

We were there half an hour early.
If Kelvin was always that punctual I swear I could cry tears of happiness... T.T

Queuing up to get into Bentley Music Hall... Can't wait any longer ler larh...
Tickets all ready to get in~!! XD
The setting of the stage... ermm... quite small if you actually see it with your own eyes.
I was expecting it to be bigger because I was expecting alot of dancing, etc.
But I forgot this was not MJ's concert...

Us on the seat... Where we were told to remain seated all the while.
No standing up, no going to the loo. =.="
Shamon' I thought this was supposed to be a concert where we can get high?

The concert turned out to be a-ok. Perhaps because I was expecting more. But I honestly was quite entertained by MJ Nana (who could dance exactly... I mean almost like MJ himself~!) & Ferhad (whose voice was so similiar to the King of Pop). Good luck to all our homegrown local artists, you guys boleh mia~! I miss MJ alot lot.

MJ Nana... Salute larh...
Kelvin always tries to moonwalk like MJ, I say if only his tummy was smaller... err...

Congrats again Kelvin~! =P Hehe. Now you can go and earn alot lot of $$ and give them all to me liao... muahaha! *jk jk*

I'm Going to Micheal Jackson's Concert!

8/5

... Well, not exactly...*squint*

A Homegrown Tribute to Micheal Jackson. That is it.

It's a concert featuring Malaysia’s indie bands and singers, giving you their version of famous hits by the ultimate King of Pop.

Date: 7 August 2009 Time: 8-10pm
Venue: 4th Floor Auditorium, Wisma Bentley Music, Mutiara Damansara
Featuring: Love Me Butch, Dejavoodoospells, Pure Vibracion, The Otherside Orchestra, Jin Hackman, Melissa Indot, Happy Nightmare, Transient Vortex, Ferhad

Haha~! I'm sooooOOoooo thrilled! *Kissing my MJ's Tribute VIP Pass*
Can't wait for the night to come...
Can't wait to get indulged in the hall surrounds with the ultimate King of Pop's greatest hits...
Can't wait to hear the yelps again...
Can't wait to see the King's famous dance moves - moonwalking, the spinning and then toe-tipping, anti-gravity leaning, crotch grabbing (oops~! I don't want to see anyone doing that except the King himself... haha.)...

I know I know, it's not a performance by the genuine King of Pop... How I wish the concert that I'll be attending is a real MJ's concert... *sob sob*

Come to think of it, of all artists in this world, the only artist's concerts that I'm willing to pay to attend are MJ's ones. I guess for me, only his concerts would worth my dough, sweats, time, and screams. But... there won't be one anymore... *Cry out loud*

Hope MJ's final dressed rehearsal will be released in DVDs soon! *Pray pray*

Anyways, I'm glad enough to be able to attend this tribute concert. Yippie~!! Wish it will turn out to be a great and memorable night~!! R.I.P. MJ.

I'm Officially On The Rat Race

6/24

Hi people~!!! Greetings.
Sorry for the looooooooooonggggggggggggg silence. But I had explanations for that.

First of all I'd just moved to a new house, which has no internet connectivity ... yet ... *will rot if I stay home* ... But fear no more! Wahaha! I've just got my internet yesterday night! All thanks to Li Yin - My new housemate *muacks * who took the trouble to go all the way back to Sg. Long to get the modem from the agent. =)

Secondly because... I've started working!!! Hahaha... Yup I've joined the working force! Yup I'm officially on the rat race... Uhh...

MYC! is the answer, if you are asking which company I'm working for. I know, I know, you might have that "Question Marks" expression on your face right now. Haha... Let me wipe off the wrinkles that you are having on your forehead.

Basically MYC! is a brand strategist company. It does creative branding program (such as events, roadshow, etc) for corporate clients. It also produce monthly magazine named MYC! News, of which you can easily grab a free copy from either your nearest Starbucks/ McD's outlets, or from various campuses. Another division of MYC! is called Fresh Faces, an online student jobs site - http://www.freshfaces.com.my/

Working at MYC! is like... Well, words cannot describe this company, you hafta come in to the office and experience the free-style culture, and other "cultures"... yourself! Heh... Or least, visit it's website larh... http://www.myc.com.my/ I personally like the catchy slogan "We do everything for students... except study!" Hahaha... that's right.

Enough for now~! Till then I speak on my job again... tata~! ;)

~A Warm Trip to Cameron Highlands~ (Part 3)

5/21

Good morning~!! =)
We were so excited and eager to continue our trip, despite the lack of sleep yesterday night (I believe).
Without delay we packed our stuff, checked out, ate breakfast (dad insisted and we children hafta gave in...haiyo...), and again, we were on the way to our next destination.

The Sixth Stop -- Rose Valley
It was my idea to visit Rose Valley first thing first in the morning, because I guess the roses should look more prettier with the morning dews.

My dear family having fun in the valley

Sunflowers work the same as sunshine... Brighten up my day
Alvin =.=" I think he's too "wu liao" ad... =.="
The Seventh Stop -- Bee Farm

It has free entrance. It's my first time and I was curious to know how bees produce honey. Here are some pics taken in the bee farm...

A box as the shelter of the bees...
Look at all the worker bees, working so busy buzzily...
Posing with a bee statue... Yeah my mommy is the queen of our family~!!=)
It's kinda sad to say that we did not took as much pictures as we did yesterday. Everyone focused more in visiting than taking photos already.

The Eighth (and last) Stop -- The Vegetables Garden

It was located a little downhill, and so we arranged it to be the last station that we should visit before returning home.

It was here that nobody even bothered to snap photos, because we were amazed with all the stuff here (Kinda wasted leh...). The lady owner of this farm was so kind to take us for a tour in the farm, introducing to us one by one the veges that they plant. We were also allowed to taste some of the veges and fruits, and it's very helpful because we don't hafta curi-curi pluck them to eat. Hehe. Her generosity was heartfelt. Thank you.

There were some veges (which names I couldn't remember) that could only grow here in Cameron because of the weather. And they were safe to be eaten raw too, like the peas, which I never thought it could be eaten raw previously. Most of the veges here tasted sweet somehow.

We were also introduced to the first generation strawberries, a.k.a. pure strawberries, which meant they grew without any "kacukan". They look quite different from the red ones we normally get in the market, which according to the lady are third generation strawberries. These first generation strawberries do not look tasty because they are small, and red-yellowish in color. They do not grow as lush as the third generations strawberries.

We were also introduce to the Miracle Fruit. It was called Miracle Fruit not without a reason oh... After eating it, everything will taste sweet, even lemons. Wow! We also saw a kind of vege that look like red pepper except it was small in size. It was the most spicy chili in the world, called the Devil Chili. A tiny bite on it could make you sweat profusely. Later on we were shown some "xiang liao", spear mints that smells like toothpaste or the mint flavored chewing gum, tiny flower buds that taste like black hacks, the original CK's perfume leaves (amazed me), lavenders that are used to produce Johnson's baby lotion, the leaves that smell like Tomyam, etc etc.

Only one word could describe my feeling after this overwhelming visit. "WOW"~!! And I realized there were so many things in life that I don't know about, and getting to visit places will be able to help me widen my world. Yeah we should organize more trips!! Hehe.

3:30p.m. We hit the road back to Taiping.
Sayounara Cameron Highlands~! ^.^
